SDA VS. CHURCH OF CHRIST - Written in Cebuano by Bro. Edgar Samodal, Translated to English by Men Mark Tumandan

REAL NEWS – (Disclaimer: This is written in refute to the NEWS of the SDA that I, Edgar Samodal and my company were defeated in the Bible Debate with the SDA). A Bible Debate between church of Christ and Seventh Day Adventist was held in Bagong Silang, Iligan City on August 27, 2018. Jerry Laig was the debater of the SDA while I and Bro. Fred Samodal were from the church of Christ. But Jerry failed to prove what he affirm considering he had no evidence that “The Sabbath Day which was Seventh Day is that God made for the good of man (Believers) who has faith according to what is written in the verse of the Bible”. The verse he had given never prove that the “The Sabbath Day which was Seventh Day is that God made for the good of man who has faith according to what is written in the verse of the Bible”. And when he was cross examine by our Bro. Fred Samodal, he kept on ignoring the questions and through deception of letting his fellow members to shout and clap their hands, and this man named Joseph Ayong, allegedly will become a “pastor”, wearing his formal attire, with a great voice shouting and dancing in the midst to distract the attention of the debators. And then this Joseph Ayong in his young age, manifest an attitude of lying through saying that allegedly I, Edgar Samodal suggested or the one made the proposition or the topic of the debate. Honestly he was not present when the topic was to be agreed, and this was what Jerry Laig through telephone call and Guiler Ocampo who was the debate coordination of the SDA was present, in which the agreement for the topic was made for almost 3 hours because Jerry Laig no longer want to face in the agreed topic I made. So, my dear friend Guiler Ocampo, please reprimand Joseph Ayong because in his young age already manifest an attitude of lying and not a formal man in his conduct. I and Jerry Laig agreed the topic we both made but this Joseph Ayong denied the fact, so his named is appropriate to him “grabi ka-Ayong bakakona si Joseph.” I hope he will face Mark Ampan Tumandan in a debate, let us see if he won’t be coward. With regards for my side, Jerry Laig (SDA defender) did not able to refute my position even with a single verse. I affirm that Christians assemble upon the first day of the week which is Sunday according to the Bible. Only one verse he had given to refute the text in Acts 20:7 that in other translation of the Bible it says Saturday that we gathered together to break bread. But assuming it says “Saturday”, then this will be a boomerang to them because if they really believe it to be “Saturday”, then why do they not assemble at Saturday evening and break bread on that day? The debate revealed the attitude of the SDA and then they boast that allegedly they won the debate. Below herein are the verses in the Bible being quoted in the debate, please study them and try to see if I had indeed prove my point. See if either I or Jerry and his company are the liars….and you definitely watch in FB Live the Debate and in You Tube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Il6pFapMflI&t=514s or just type: Debate: Edgar Samodal (Church of Christ) Vs.
