2 souls gladly received the word of God, thus were baptized for the remissions of their sins. (A husband and a wife)

To the saints all over the world especially to the saints who keep me, dad (Siamen Tumndan), Brother Allan Kimnon in our work here in the Lord by helping us financially and keeping us in their prayers. Being a young gospel preacher of our Lord Jesus Christ is very encourageable and noble job. Preaching the gospel is my first love. Such thing I have learned being a gospel preacher is that what we preach must reflect our life. Like what Apostle Paul told the saints at Rome "Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege?" (Rom. 2:23) I love so much working in the Lord's vineyard, I preach not because I am seeking recognition, favor nor pleasing men but to please God (Galatians 1:10) "I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth." (3 John 2) Grace, Mercy, and Peace be with you From God our Father and Jesus Christ our Lord. I am so glad to tell you that last Saturday (Jan. 21, 2012), early morning, as I woke up from my bed, I immediately went to Brother Allan's house to give him a ride in my motorcycle because we would had a Gospel Meeting at Mountain Top Libas church of Christ, Maasim Sarangani Province where we are preaching every Sunday and Wednesday. We were glad because we had able already to lend even even 200 pesos for our gasoline the night before. But, when when morning came, 100 pesos was lost by Brother Allan, and no matter where we try to find it, we failed. Thus, Brother Allan again borrowed from his mother-in-law 100 pesos for our gasoline. I am so thankful to God because He really provide for the need of His saints. When we came here in Maasim, which is approximately 35 miles from our home place (General Santos City), we were already late. But, with all thankfulness to God, we still able to have lectures. I preached first a lesson about "The Relationship of Christ to the Church", then followed by Brother Allan's sermon concerning "The Glorious Church". Then, lastly I lectured a lesson about "The Lord's supper: Is only One Literal Cup Be Used?". After we had done preaching the word of God, we asked if their would like to ask questions but they told us that there was no more questions needed because all the questions that were in their mind were already touched and being clarified. Concerning the "cup", we have the Bible Authority of using many containers because the "cup" is not the container but the contents as it is stand for the blood of Christ - the blood of Christ is liquid in nature, and also the contents which is the fruit of the vine is also liquid, so they matched. The blood of Christ was poured out for the remissions of sins. The contents can be poured out not the container. (See Matthew 26:28). When we asked for invitation to accept Christ through baptism, 2 souls gladly received the word of God, thus were baptized for the remissions of their sins. So, we went to the sea which is 7 kilometers away. Before they were baptized, we heard them confessed from their mouths that they believe that Jesus Christ is God as we have the command in Romans 10:9 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Then, yesterday morning, we have had a wonderful Sunday worship, I lectured a lesson about "Is the Use of Tobacco Wrong?" then Brother Allan preached a good sermon about "The Doctrine of Christ”. We were all blessed, thank you so much for keeping us in your prayers. The two souls who were baptized yesterday worship with us, though their home is there at Gensan also. Thank you so much for the prayers and supporting me in the work I am doing here. I love you so much. In Christian LOVE, Mike 1. I am doing my first lecture.
