Church - ekklesia

Saved people are added in the church. The word 'church' in the New Testament is translated from the Greek word 'ekklesia' which means a group of people who are saved. So when they wear the name Baptist church, it is just like saying "A GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO ARE SAVED BY BAPTIST" or Lutheran church "A GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO ARE SAVED BY LUTHER". Right? Then when we say "church of Christ" just like when we say ""A GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO ARE SAVED BY CHRIST". I wonder if they can find a word in the Bible that said "Salute one another with an Holy Kiss, the Baptist churches, Catholic churches, Lutherans churches salute you? but what?
In Romans 16:16 ..."the churches of Christ salute you"....
