Abi Nako Nga Luwas Ko (Matt. 7:21)

Men Mark Tumandan.

 

Ang kaluwasan usa ka importante nga butang, sigurado ka ba nga luwas ka?

 

I. Adunay Dalan nga daw sakto, murag tama sa tao (Prov. 14:12)

A. Sa Matt 7:21, abi nila luwas sila apan dili diay.

 

II. Old Testament Examples Nga Abi Nila Sakto ila Gibuhat apan dili diay

1.. Cain Gen. 4:1-4

Naghalad, wala gidawat sa Dios kay wala pinaagi sa pagtoo.

A. Si Abel naghalad diha sa pagtoo Heb. 11:4

B. Ang pagtoo gikan sa pagpamati Rom 10:17

Si Cain ug Abel, nakadawat ug isa ka instruction gikan sa Dios, apan si Abel lang ang nituman.

2. Nadab ug Abihu Leviticus 10:1-3

A. Silang duha gilamoy sa kalayo gikan sa Dios kay naghalad sila nga wala gisugo sa Dios.

 

III. New Testament Example

1. Mga Taga Israelites Rom. 10:1-3

A. Adunay kasibut, mainiton nga pag alagad sa Dios apan wala inubanan sa kahibalo.

B. Naghimo ug kaugalingon nga pagkamatarong.

C. Wala nagpailalum sa pagkamatarong sa Dios.

D. Ang pagkamatarong sa Dios anaa sa ebanghelyo nga mao ang pagkamatay, paglubong ug pagkabanhaw ni Jesus. (Rom. 1:1-6; 1 Cor. 15:1-5)

E. Ang pagbawtismo mao ang pagpa ilalum sa ebanghelyo sa Dios, pagpailalum sa pagkamatarong sa Dios. (Rom. 6:3-6)

 

Ang atong kinabuhi, usa lang. Ang atong kalag, usa lang. Siguroa nga luwas ka, wala nay ikaduhang higayon.

 

GOSPEL MEETING IN MAGSAYSAY CHURCH OF CHRIST, KORONADAL

In pursuant to the authority of Jesus Christ, following His Great Commission in Matthew 28:18-20, a Gospel Meeting was held in Magsaysay church of Christ, Koronadal City, South Cotabato today, November 5, 2012.

 

Billy Gripo of Puting Bato church of Christ from General Santos City first preached a lesson about "Reward of a Christian". Christian will have eternal life if and only if he continues to serve the Lord until the end.

 

Then I, Men Mark Tumandan of Libas church of Christ, Kamanga, Maasim preached about "I Thought That I Am Saved" Matt. 7:21. Salvation is a serious matter hence one should be sure of if he is saved or not thru knowing the will of God.

 

Nestor Francisco of Alegria church of Christ, Alabel then followed a lesson about "Seeking First The Kingdom of God" Matt. 6:33. The kingdom of God and His righteousness is more precious than all the thing in the world.

 

The last lesson was preached by Rommel Dazon preacher in Maasim. He preached about "Finally Brethren, Pray For Us" 2 Thess. 3:1. Members of local churches should also pray for their preachers. He exhort that everyone should have the spirit of helping each other.

 

By God's loving grace, one young man was baptized as the result of Gospel Meeting.

Brethren preachers who also present were Joy Julom, Salvador Parbo, Luciano Sangoan and Jolito Dela Corta.

 

The preacher in Magsaysay church of Christ is Carlito Abella.

GIVING OF BIBLE TO TWO GOSPEL PREACHERS

 The word of God is so precious and therein is the guidance of man how to live in this world and to be in Heaven with Him.

 

The Bible has been translated in different languages. So thankful to give to Brother Ronie Isla, 2 Bible translated in Cebuano, 1 Bible translated in Blaan and 1 Bible translated in English.

Brother Rudy Falate of Tampat church of Christ also received 3 Cebuano Bible.
